Frequently asked questions
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your aliases keep receiving up to the Free limits. Paid features such as custom names or replying as alias end with the billing period.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. An upgrade is meant to apply right away, a downgrade at the end of the paid period. The exact rules are set when payment starts.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time. The yearly price applies from the next billing period. Yearly you pay €24 instead of €36 for Pro and €60 instead of €72 for Max.
What counts as a forward?
Every mail we deliver to your inbox. Refused mail, for example to disabled or unknown addresses, doesn’t count.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Existing aliases keep working. You can create new ones once you are below the limit or change your plan. Notices before you reach a limit and the monthly forward limit arrive with payment.
Do you read my mail?
No. Mail is only forwarded and not stored. We only keep what delivery and your overview need, such as the destination address, sender domains and counters. The privacy policy lists the details.
How do I pay?
During the beta we enable Pro and Max on request. We'll announce how you pay in your account and in the iOS app when payment starts.
